1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Poyee mobile application, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Poyee is a fashion and outfit-styling lifestyle app. Features may include outfit inspiration, style recommendations, saving looks, and community sharing.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to use Poyee. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent that you are 18+.

Why do we require 18+?

Some features may include community content and interactions. We set an 18+ requirement to keep the environment safer and to match platform compliance expectations.

3. Accounts & Security

3.1 Account responsibility

You are responsible for activities under your account. Keep your login credentials confidential and use the Service only through lawful means.

3.2 Account integrity

You agree not to create accounts using false identity information for fraud, impersonation, or abuse.

3.3 Security incidents

If you believe your account is compromised, contact us at support@poyeeinc.com.

4. Service Rules

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

  • Upload content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, or defamatory.
  • Post someone else’s private information without permission.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights (copyright/trademark).
  • Attempt to disrupt the Service (malware, hacking, abusive automated scraping).

We may remove content or take account actions to enforce these Terms and protect users.

5. User Content & License

You may upload or share content such as photos, outfit posts, comments, and other materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.

To operate the Service, you grant Poyee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely for:

  • Providing and improving the Service (e.g., displaying your posts to you and others based on your settings);
  • Safety, moderation, and enforcing these Terms;
  • Technical formatting (e.g., resizing images for different devices).
What does “limited license” mean?

It means we can store and show your content within the app and run the service. It does not mean we claim ownership of your content.

6. Fashion & Style Disclaimer

Poyee provides style inspiration and recommendations for informational purposes only. Fit, material, color appearance, and availability may vary by brand and device display.

No professional advice: Poyee does not provide medical, dermatological, or safety advice. If you have allergies or other concerns about fabrics/materials, consult a professional.

7. Purchases & Apple Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Some features may require payment. Purchases are processed by your platform (e.g., Apple App Store).

7.1 Auto-renewal and billing

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • How to cancel: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Poyee → Cancel Subscription.
  • Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

7.2 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies. If you need help finding the correct steps, email us and we’ll point you to the official Apple process.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, trademarks, logos, and Poyee-provided content (“Poyee Content”), is owned by Poyee or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or with written permission.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed for safety, security, or legal compliance.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poyee is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last Updated” date above and may provide additional notice for material changes.
